Why you wish you were Clive Owen’s wife
Clive Owen, the 43-year-old British actor, isn’t at all blinded with his growing fame. He is still down to earth. Most of all, he remains faithful to his wife, sometime actress Sarah-Jane Fenton. They have two daughters, 10-year-old Hannah and eight-year-old Eve.
If the girls aren’t fascinated every time Clive has to shoot his movies abroad, the actor is not at all tempted to cheat on his wife even though his costars include an array of what you call beautiful actresses in Hollywood.
Say Angelina Jolie, Julia Roberts and Jennifer Aniston. And lastly, with Italian import Monica Belluci, who will appear alongside Clive in the upcoming “Shoot ‘Em Up.”
These women don’t have any weight when it comes to his partner of 12 years. He described her as his forever diamond.
“I so value what I’ve got at home with my wife and kids that I’ve never f***ed with that. For me, that’s what it’s about. I’ve had some great times with actresses, but that’s in a movie. It’s a fun thing to do, but it’s not love. So I never have a problem with that. Even sex scenes are very straightforward. You’ve got things to accomplish, work to do. I find the thing to do in those situations is to just keep the atmosphere as light as possible. My relationship is everything to me. I’m often doing incredibly exciting plays and films, but that would mean nothing if I were floating around and didn’t have a solid family behind me. Sarah-Jane is an absolute diamond.”
