Obama Children’s First Day In Washington School
President Elect Barack Obama and his wife Michelle have relocated to Washington D.C. where their two girls Malia and Sasha will be attending “Sidwell Friends” private school.
The 10 and 7 year-old girls were led to their first day of their new school by their mother and secret service agents. Barack Obama did not join his wife and girls this morning but was there to help them get ready for school and see them off.
Malia and Sasha Obama are attending the same school as Bill and Hilary Clinton’s daughter Chelsea Clinton did. There’s no doubt that the two young girls are awed by all of the fuss of the security surrounding them. Who wouldn’t be? Hopefully they will enjoy their time in the lime light as their father takes his seat as the next president of the United States.
