Kylie Minogue and Olivier Martinez together again?
Rumours are flying that the former lovebirds are trying to revive their affair. The Australian singer and the French actor have seen hanging out in Paris in recent weeks. But they have managed to avoid the gaze of the paparazzi.
Though the two are still in love with one another Kylie Minogue has laid down some of the conditions on the womanising actor to ponder on.
In a span of three months, the 41-year-old actor must prove that the singer is really the one for him. First, he clearly has to make up his mind by settling down and should take no chances by proposing to the singer. Most of all, there will be no other women but her.
“Kylie has said to him that will have been a three-month trial, and he has to make up his mind pretty quickly whether he wants to marry her,” the friend said.
In return, Kylie promised she wouldn’t press him anymore to have children and has agreed to cut back on her workload. How will she able to do this is uncertain. Recently talks are rife that she is about to sign a deal to launch her own line of home furnishings. Aside from H&M-support underwear and beachwear clothing lines, her own perfume Darling and her gig as a children’s storyteller-writer, she has been designing bed linen, towels and curtains with her friend and stylist William Baker. BBC even tapped her to star as a waitress of the doomed Titanic in “Doctor Who” to be broadcast in December this year as a Christmas special.
Their friends have confirmed that the two had a heart-to-heart talk and have been in constant communication even after the split.
“Kylie sees Olivier as the love of her life,” a friend told a London newspaper.
“He made her feel like a woman again when she lost her hair. They still have a massive connection. After the split, they started texting each other and would reminisce.
“Kylie told him she missed him dearly and suggested that they should have what she called a ‘glorious summer’.”
In February the two split after Olivier’s string of infidelities including his fling with 24-year-old Israeli model Sarai Givati despite the actor’s effort to stand by Kylie throughout the duration of her battle with cancer.
It was claimed that Olivier went sour after Kylie’s reported date with the South American director Alexander Dahm, a controversy that the singer has refused to confirm until now.
An unnamed source told the Sunday Mirror that the French actor is “full of regret about what happened” and admitted that Kylie “is everything any man could want in a woman–beautiful, charming, hugely talented–and that he was certain he wanted to spend the rest of his life with her.”
Friends of the couple said that they want to spend a “glorious summer” in the romantic and historic Amalfi Coast in Italy.
