Deryck joins wifey Avril for the record release party

Deryck carries Avril's weightThe media might brand her as the princess of pop-punk fusion, but Avril Lavigne definitely appeared like a grunge pixie as she released her record realease party, “The Best Damn Thing,” at the Box in New York City. The title could perhaps best described her career or her marriage with Deryck Whibley Sum 41 singer. Or even both.
Joined by her hubby, her mother, backup singers and band, Avril was wearing a pink gown matched with her pink-orange lashes and eyes dabbed in glitters and black.
I heard that the single, “Girlfriend,” might put Britney Spears to shame. Now, if only that’s true.
