Singer Mariah Carey and rapper Eminem are in a battle and they are using their music as way to attack one another. Eminem (Marshall Mathers) said that he had a brief relationship with Mariah Carey before she married her now husband Nick Cannon. But Mariah Carey has denied that the two were ever together.

A hurt Eminem is not happy that Mariah Carey, 39, won’t admit that they dated and referenced the star in a song titled “Bagpipes From Bagdad.” The lyrics of the song sparked a feud between Eminem and Mariah Carey not to mention Carey’s new husband Nick Cannon.

When Eminem saw Mariah Carey’s latest music video “Obsessed” which just happens to feature a stalker character played by Carey (pictured below) that dresses like him he was infuriated, and like the rapper usually does he turned his anger into lyrics writing a new song aimed at Mariah Carey called “The Warning.”

In “The Warning” song he calls Mariah Carey some unflattering names, reveals some supposed sexual intimacies, and threatens to reveal the pictures and voicemails he has as evidence of the relationship. Not only is it graphic, but it’s also a bit scary.

So will Mariah Carey come clean and admit to having a brief love affair with Eminem, or will she continue to deny that the two were ever a couple? Is she right, is Eminem obsessed with her? Or is he obsessed about the fact that Mariah Carey dissed him?

This feud between the two singers has been getting bigger and bigger, but I have the feeling we haven’t seen the worst of it yet.

Wow, Jon Gosselin, the Dad of 8 kids who stars in the reality show “Jon and Kate Plus 8″ can’t seem to stay out of the gossip news headlines. Perhaps it’s because nobody, especially “Jon and Kate” fans can believe his recent playboy behavior.

Less than one month after filing for divorce from wife Kate Gosselin, Jon Gosselin has already began dating, and even cheating on other women. This past week his 22-year-old party girlfriend, Hailey Glassman, told the media about their relationship and even said that he was a “perfect fit” because her family approved of Jon.

While Hailey Glassman dreamed of being with her new boyfriend and enjoyed all of the media attention, including being featured in this week’s issue of “People” magazine, it doesn’t look like Jon was thinking too much about her.

When pretty, blond haired, “Star” magazine reporter Kate Major approached Jon Gosselin for interview around five days ago, sparks flew, and the two immediately began a relationship. Unfortunately for Hailey Glassman Jon forgot to mention that he began dating someone new and according to rumors Glassman was shocked and crushed when she heard the news from reporters.

Jon Gosselin is sure enjoying the single life, hanging out with pretty girls, not to mention celebrities like Michael Lohan (Lindsay Lohan’s father) and “Real Housewives of New York City” star Jill Zarin.

Kate Gosselin can’t be too happy with Jon’s recent endeavors, while he’s out and about she’s at home with the children. Hopefully when “Jon and Kate Plus 8″ resumes filming this August they’ll leave out all of Jon’s girlfriends.

Six months after singer Chris Brown assaulted his girlfriend Rihanna he’s come forward to make a candid public apology. Chris Brown made an apology video and posted it online and says that he remained silent for so long on the advisement of his lawyers.

The Chris Brown apology seems sincere enough but to wait so long before admitting doing anything wrong makes it harder to have sympathy for the star. After seeing the brutal Rihanna photographs after she was beaten the night before the Grammy Awards it’s hard to feel sorry for Chris Brown in any way.

I’m wondering why Chris Brown’s lawyers would advise him to keep quiet for this long. It seems a bit strange to me. He should have apologized six months ago, or at the very least after his court case was through.

29 year-old Richard Jefferson, an NBA basketball player had a serious case of “cold feet” when he decided to ditch his own wedding to Kesha Ni’Cole Nicols. The San Antonio Spurs team member did the unthinkable after changing his mind about getting married.

The posh 2 million dollar wedding was never canceled and confused guests arrived only to find out that Richard Jefferson had changed his mind. According to various news reports Richard Jefferson let the bride know it was over just before the wedding day, but Kesha Ni’Cole Nichols has yet to make a public statement on whether or not she was informed she was being dumped before her big day.

Kesha Ni’Cole Nichols is likely devastated, having her heartbroken in the worst way. The beautiful ex-Net dancer will have no trouble finding a new man to fill Richard Jefferson’s shoes, that is, if she can ever trust a man again!

Jessica Simpson and Tony Romo have broken up and news reports are saying that it’s Tony Romo that initiated the break-up. According to People.com Tony Romo dumped longtime girlfriend Jessica Simpson last week, the night before her 29th birthday.

The couples sudden split comes as a bit of shock because they seemed to be happy and in love. In the July 1, 2009 picture above Jessica Simpson, 29, and Tony Romo, 29, look like they are getting along great but apparently their relationship hasn’t been going as perfectly as it appears to outsiders.

People.com’s inside source revealed that Jessica Simpson loves Tony and is heartbroken by the break-up. Tony Romo and Jessica Simpson have been having a difficult time lately, especially with Romo’s hectic career and Jessica being busy with the upcoming  filming of  her new reality show “The Price Of Beauty” which will premiere in 2010.

Whatever the reason for their break-up, Tony Romo didn’t seem to be too unhappy while he partied at Hollywood’s “MyHouse” with a large group of his guy friends on Jessica Simpson’s birthday, Friday, July 10.

Jessica Simpson had been planning a “Barbie and Ken” themed birthday party but the day after her birthday, July 11, 2009 she sent out a Tweet message on Twitter saying:

“Barbie party didn’t happen, but I turned 29 and feel like I am on top of the world yelling I LOVE GETTING OLDER!”

On Sunday July 12, 2009 Jessica sent out another insightful Twitter Tweet that showed her current state of optimism saying:

“Everyone needs to know that hope floats … grab the strings and pull it back to you.”

Strangely enough, Jessica Simpson’s ex-husband Nick Lache, 35, also went through a public break-up this summer with girlfriend Vanessa Minnillo, 28.

The summer of 2009 has brought and unusually high amount of celebrity deaths and celebrity break-ups. It definitely doesn’t seem like a very good summer for the superstars. Hopefully Jessica Simpson will have better luck with her next relationship.

I was absolutely shocked to hear of Michael Jackson’s death on Thursday June 25, 2009. Jackson was only 50 and ready to put on a fabulous London concert tour, the last thing that any of his fans expected was that a massive heart attack would suddenly take his life.

According to Michael Jackson’s ex-wife Lisa Marie Presley Jackson believed he’d have the same fate as her father Elvis Presley who died at a young age after a drug overdose.

After Michael Jackson’s death Lisa Marie Presley sent out a public statement via her MySpace website, letting fans know that their marriage was not a sham and that the two did love each other. She also talked about how she wanted to save him but couldn’t. From the sounds of her statement she could see a premature death in Michael’s future.

It’s too early to know exactly why Michael Jackson had sudden heart failure but there is much speculation that prescription drugs are to blame. Whether Jackson needed to take the medication or was addicted to drugs is so far unknown, but it is likely what killed him.

Elvis Presley, Anna Nicole Smith, and River Phoenix are among the long list of celebrities whose drug and alcohol addictions led to a tragic death. In Michael Jackson’s case he had a private live in doctor subscribing powerful painkilling medications that at high doses can be fatal. Hopefully Michael’s doctor will be able to provide the answers on Micheal Jackson’s death that the Jackson family are now looking for.

According to People.com Jon and Kate Gosselin have officially filed for a divorce at a Courthouse in Doylestow, Pa. The divorce papers were filed today, Monday June 22, 2009, the same day that the Jon & Kate Plus 8 “special announcement” show is scheduled to air.

The commercial promoting the big announcement show has gloom and doom written all over it, so it won’t be much of a surprise to viewers if the Gosselin’s officially announce that they are divorcing this evening during the hour long episode of the show.

The Gosselins have gone through the tabloid ringer over the past few months which has led to speculation that they were heading for a divorce. The couple who once had some on screen chemistry now seem uncaring and distant, barely even looking at one another when they are together.

Although Kate and Jon Gosselin have been experiencing relationship problems for quite a while now it wasn’t until May 2009 that they publicly announced they were having marital difficulties. The couple came clean about their problems shortly after Jon Gosselin was caught with Deanna Hummel, the 23-year-old woman whom he’s been accused of having an affair with.

Next it was Kate who was accused of having an affair with her personal bodyguard, a rumor that she’s continuously denied over the past couple of months.

We’ll have to wait until tonight’s episode of “Jon & Kate Plus 8″ to find out if a divorce is what the two will be announcing but after People.com’s report I would be surprised if Jon and Kate’s announcement is anything other than the two officially splitting.

Update - June 23 2009 - The Gosselin’s announced during their Monday night show that they are separating and that divorce papers have been filed.

Jon and Kate Gosselin are definitely a family in turmoil, but I wasn’t expecting to see those words flashing across the screen during their latest Jon & Kate Plus 8 promo video. The commercial is creating a huge buzz about what the big announcement could be.

According to Radar Online the Gosselin’s will be announcing their upcoming divorce. This makes sense considering the recent affair rumors and the fact that the couple just spent their 10th wedding anniversary apart. But you never know, the whole mysterious announcement just might just be a ratings grab for the show.

If the parents of sextuplets plus twins were smart they’d announce that they’re shutting down the cameras and going into marriage counselling for the sake of their kids, and their sanity.

Jon and Kate Gosselin will be letting viewers know what their “big announcement” is on their special one hour episode of “Jon & Kate Plus 8 airing Monday, June 22, 2009 at 9/8c on TLC.

After five years of married life Billy Joel and wife number three, Katie Lee Joel are ending their marriage. According to recent rumors the couples separation is an amicable one and the two are planning on remaining friendly. Katie Lee, a food critic, chef, and TV host is 32 years younger than Billy, when they married the couples extravagent wedding made headlines.

There hasn’t been any official reason given for the break-up but I’m guessing that compatibility might be a factor since  Katie Lee is 27 and Billy Joel is 60 years-old. Seriously, how much could the two have in common? I’m betting that Billy Joel will eventually move on to yet another gorgeous wife, but he’s probably going to miss Katie Lee’s special skills in the kitchen.

Rumor has it that 32-year-old James William Van Der Beek Jr. and his wife 32-year-old actress Heather McComb have separated. It was James Vander Beek’s representative that alerted the media to the separation and impending divorce of the once happy couple. The separation occurred around two months ago and the couple who has no children have remained friends.

James Van Der Beek is well known for his portrayal of Dawson Leery on the television series “Dawson’s Creek.” Vanderbeek married Heather McComb on July 2003 in Malibu after the shows final season.

Heather McComb has been acting since the age of 2 and has appeared in over a dozen films including “Don’s Plum” and “Shark Swam.” Over the past decade McComb has made numerous television appearances on hit TV shows such as “CSI,” “Without a Trace,”  and “Prison Break.”

Both James Van Der Beek and Heather McComb practice the Kabbalah faith and are regular visitors to the Kabbalah Centre. Some other celebrities who practice the Kabbalah faith include Madonna, Ashton Kutcher, Demi Moore, and Naomi Campbell.

Unlike most celebrities these days Vander Beek and McComb did not marry on a whim. They enjoyed a 17-month long engagement and held a romantic outdoor ceremony and reception with 120 guests. Several of James Van Der Beek’s “Dawson’s Creek” co-stars were in attendance. On screen love interest “Michelle Williams” and “Dawson Leery’s” screen mom “Mary-Margaret Humes” were there to share the special day.

Heather McComb and James Van Der Beek had separate wedding cakes that reflected their very different tastes. At the time of their wedding some journalists joked that the separate cakes were a sign of future marital problems.

LeAnn Rimes is making headlines today for all of the wrong reasons. Rimes is being accused of stalking another man’s wife. LeAnn Rimes and her TV movie “Northern Lights” co-star Eddie Cibrian allegedly had a short and steamy love affair and now Eddie’s wife, model Brandi Glanville has told U.S. Magazine that LeAnn Rimes just won’t leave her husband alone. Supposedly Eddie even had to change his cell phone number after Rimes repeatedly called and texted.

Actor Eddie Cibrian, 35, married his wife Brandi in 2001 and the couple has two young sons together. LeAnn Rimes, 26, is married to Dean Sheremet, the couple married 7 years ago when LeAnn was only 19-years-old and Dean 21.

According to People.com LeAnn Rimes is working on her marriage to Dean and calls the comments of Eddie Cibrian’s wife “defamatory.” If  the affair did actually happen I can see why 36-year-old Brandi is speaking out, she’s one angry mom and she wants to make sure that her husband stays away from the young sexy singer. But she just may want to save some of that anger for her husband as well.

Jon and Kate’s season premiere show of reality show “Jon & Kate Plus 8″ gave fans a peek into the disastrous state of their marriage. Since the couple has been accused of cheating on one another their already bumpy relationship became rocky. There’s even been rumors of the couple living and open marriage and the Jon is living in an apartment above the garage.

In the season premiere episode of the show the couple barely spoke to one another during the sextuplets birthday party but they did answer a few questions about their relationship within the hour. Jon showed little emotion and looked pretty defeated as he said that he was “there for the kids.” Kate became teary eyed as she talked about how the divorce rate of couples with multiple children triples.

Both Kate and Jon Gosselin admitted that they don’t know where they stand when it comes to the marriage, it was really sad to watch the two and the way they are now interacting with one another. They both look so unhappy when in previous show seasons they joked with one another playfully.

I wonder if this couple who is known for bickering back and forth would have survived if they’d never featured their family on television. Is it the pressure of raising eight small children or the intense scrutiny of the public watching their every move that’s caused added tension.

If the divorce rate between married couples with multiples is already triple that of an ordinary family than adding in fame, fortune, and paparazzi can’t be good thing. There are many fans of the show hoping that these two will somehow make it work, whether it be getting therapy, shutting down their reality show, or hey, even speaking to one another about how they feel.

The season premiere of the reality show “Jon & Kate Plus 8″ is only days away and for the first time the married couple is not sitting together in the show’s opening clips as they have always done in the past. Usually the couple sits on the two seater sofa lovingly talking about their children and sometimes even their relationship. But this season it’s different.

Could it be that they can’t bear to be in the same room together after both parties have been accused of cheating? Or perhaps it was just scheduling conflicts, after all Kate Gosselin has been away for weeks on a busy book tour.

Some even noticed the tension between the two during their sextuplets 5th birthday party. I’m just hoping that these two will shut down the cameras long enough to try to work things out for the sake of their 8 beautiful kids.

One of my favorite singers Gwen Stefani has been busy raising her two young sons, Kingston and Zuma, but true to her word she has reunited with the other “No Doubt” band members to perform live in Las Vegas as they kick of their 2009 tour.

It’s been five years since the band has toured and the audience filled with 12,000 fans were happy to see them back performing once again. 39-year-old Gwen Stefani took the stage dressed in fashionable white and thrilled the crowd with her energetic performance.

Gwen Stefani married husband Gavin Rossdale, 43, in 2002. All good “No Doubt” fans know that Stefani had a passionate relationship with fellow No Doubt band member Tony Kanal. Tony ended the relationship during the making of the band’s third album. The break-up was hard on Stefani who dreamed of having children with Kanal.

Although he offered to leave the band after the break-up, Gwen Stefani told him she wanted him to stay. The No Doubt songs “Don’t Speak” and “Sunday Morning are based on Gwen Stefani and Tony Kanal’s relationship.

The two have remained friends throughout the years and Stefani co-wrote the song “Cool” in relation to their friendship. Tony Kanal’s “real life” girlfriend actress Erin Lokitz even plays the role of the visiting “girlfriend” in the “Cool” music video. Thanks to Gwen Stefani and Tony Kanal remaining close the band No Doubt can continue to entertain fans worldwide.

Only a week after appearing on CNN’s Larry King Live show in defense of her husband’s affair allegations, Kate Gosselin has decided she’s not so sure that Jon Gosselin is innocent after all.

Kate Gosselin is featured on the front cover of this week’s People Magazine with a headline that reads “Jon and Kate a marriage in crisis - We might split up.”

In her interview with People magazine she said that she and Jon’s relationship has been a private struggle for months now. In regards to the possibility of her husband Jon Gosselin having an affair 23-year-old teacher Deanna Hummel, Kate said “I remember where I was the first time I heard her name. It’s one of those things where you can try to make it go away, but there’s blaring, red flashing lights.”

Many Jon & Kate Plus 8 fans are wondering what affect Jon and Kate’s marital problems will have on their children and whether or not theire show will continue if the couple decides to divorce. The 5th season of the show will continue as scheduled on May 25, 2009.
