It`s been a busy week for celebrity couples. It started out with Heidi Pratt being rushed to the hospital from the set of reality show “I`m a Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here“with her husband Spencer by her side and hasn`t slowed down since.

Young singer Miley Cyrus has broken up with her gorgeous older underwear model boyfriend Justin Gaston. In true teenage fashion Miley Tweeted about her break-up on Twitter.com and Justin sent out his own Twitter messages about the split. Luckily Miley has ex-boyfriend Nick Jonas to lean on, the two have been spending a lot of time working together lately, if they keep it up their friendship might just blossom into love.

Leonardo DiCaprio and girlfriend Bar Refaeli have split up yet again. People.com reported that the two were taking a relationship break. Bar Refaeli is a 24-year-old model and is likely far more ready to settle down than 34-year-old DiCaprio. Leonardo DiCaprio currently has 4 film projects in the works which must make it very difficult to manage a serious relationship.

Mike Tyson and Lakiha Spicer lost their 4-year-old daughter two weeks ago to a tragic accident. Their young daughter was accidentally strangled to death after she became caught in a treadmill. Mike Tyson and his longtime partner Lakiha decided to marry in Las Vegas at the La Bella Chapel. The ceremony was a quiet one without any guests. The couple also has a 7-year-old boy Miguel Tyson together.

Adam Lambert decided that if he was going to “come out“ officially that he might as well do it with a bang. The American Idol singer who is on the front cover of the latest issue of “Rolling Stone Magazine“ said “I`m proud of my sexuality.“Finally, Adam Lambert told the world what we already knew, he`s gay. As for a boyfriend, there hasn`t been an official announcement although the world pretty much knows the answer to that one as well…Drake LaBry.

Last but not least, what would this crazy celebrity couple week be without the pregnant man giving birth to his second child this morning. That`s right Thomas Beattie welcomed a healthy baby boy into his unique family. Thankfully the second time around he didn`t make any major television appearances, at least not yet anyway.

“The Hills” reality stars Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt took precautions against the “Swine Flu” by wearing protective face masks during their recent trip to Mexico. The couple got married for the second time on April 25, 2009 then traveled to Mexico for a video shoot. They are now back in the United States (no, they do not have swine flu) and are both very thankful for their health.

Spencer and Heidi originally got married in Mexico in November without all of their family and friends. The second ceremony followed classic wedding traditions including a beautiful church ceremony.

Athlete Tom Brady and model Brazilian supermodel Gisele Bundchen, 28,  have tied the knot after a brief engagement. The wedding was kept low key and thankfully the paparazzi wasn’t prepared for the late February wedding announcement. The 31 year-old quarterback created a bit of a scandal when he left his pregnant girlfriend Bridget Moynahan in 2006. Gisele Bundchen dated “Titanic” star Leonardo DiCaprio on and off for 4 years.

Sexy Salma Hayek  married the father of her two-year-old daughter, Valentina Paloma Pinault, on February 14, 2009. Francois-Henri Pinault and Salma Hayek met in 2006 while in Venice and were already pregnant in March of 2007 when they announced their engagement. The couple called off the wedding in the summer of 2008 but recently reunited.

Hayek, 42, and Pinault married February 14, 2009 in Paris. Francois-Henri Pinault has been married once before and has two other children. The 47-year-old billionaire is the son of Francois Pinault who is worth an estimated $16.9 billion according to Forbes magazine.

A humanitarian, Salma Hayek made headlines this month when she breastfed a hungry baby in Sierra Leone who didn’t have milk. Since the birth of her daughter she has been working with Unicef to help underprivileged children. Hayek has also been working on the films “Beverly Hills Chihuahua” and “Cirque du Freak.

Sexy singer Stacey Ferguson, 33, better known as “Fergie” has found her knight in shining armour. Actor Josh Duhamel, 36, married Ferguson on Saturday January 10, 2009. The beautiful wedding took place in Malibu at The Church Estates Vineyard and was followed by a star studded champagne reception.

Before Josh Duhamel became an actor he got his start in show businesses as a model, even beating out hunky Ashton Kutcher when he won Male Model Of The Year in a modeling competition. Fergie has also been spending time acting lately, she is working on an upcoming 2009 musical film called “Nine.” It looks like it will be an interesting movie filled with some great music.

But before they return to their busy careers the happy couple will be spending some time soaking up the sun on their romantic tropical honeymoon. Congratulations to the newlyweds!

I’ll try hard to remain neutral about the recent news of Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt’s wedded union. Oh, who am I kidding? Heidi, how could you? As if the two of them dating wasn’t bad enough they had to go and make it official. Perhaps it’s a rumor or maybe just a passing nightmare but you never know, this marriage may be here to stay.

The couple wed in Mexico away from the public eye. The small ceremony was so private that even their family didn’t know about the wedding.

The 29-year-old Canadian music star was spotted over the summer wearing a beautiful new diamond ring but she kept the news of her wedding a secret for a couple of months.

Radio celebrity Howard Stern married model Beth Ostrosky on Friday, October 3, 2008 in New York City at the restaurant Le Cirque.

Kelly Ripa’s husband Mark Consuelos officiated the low key wedding ceremony. This is 54 year old Howard Stern’s second marriage and the first for Beth Ostrosky, 36. Congratulations to the happy couple!

The gorgeous 23-year-old “The Nannie Diaries” star married Canadian actor Ryan Reynolds, 31, just outside of Vancouver Canada this weekend in a private ceremony. They have been engaged since May of this year and this is the first marriage for both of them. Congrats to the happy couple!

It’s official! Ashlee and Pete are expecting their first child. Many suspected that Ashlee Simpson Wentz was pregnant after a quick engagement led to an even quicker wedding ceremony this month.

The happy newlyweds wanted to wait until after the first trimester (and after the wedding) before announcing the pregnancy. The two are very excited about the pregnancy, hopefully the two rock star parents-to-be will be ready for domestic life by the time the baby arrives.

Jessica Alba, 27, and Cash Warren, 31, got married in a quick courthouse ceremony this week in Beverly Hills. The event was so private that no guests were invited, and the marriage was a shock to friends and family.

Even though Alba and Cash have been engaged since Christmas there was never any official wedding date set.

The couple is expecting their first child, which is most likely the reason for the sudden decision to wed before the baby arrives in the early summer.

It wasn’t too long ago that Ashlee Simpson and Pete Wentz announced their engagement. After a few weeks of whirlwind wedding planning and celebrations they quickly tied the knot.

Wentz, 28, and Simpson, 23, got married on Saturday May, 17, 2008, at Ashlee’s parents L.A. home.

With her best friend and sister Jessica Simpson as her Maid Of Honor, Ashlee walked down the aisle wearing an ivory wedding gown by Monique Lhuillier.

The couple chose a beautiful Alice in Wonderland wedding theme and celebrated the occasion with a formal dinner and  dancing with 150 guests.

Anonymous sources have confided to the media that the couple was in a hurry to wed because Ashlee Simpson is pregnant. But since no reliable sources have confirmed this information, it can only be considered a rumor. Only time will tell if these two newlyweds are also parents-to-be.

Jenna Bush Hager. 26, and Henry Hager, 26, had a beautiful wedding ceremony over the weekend at the Bush’s family ranch in Texas.

Some were surprised that the President’s daughter didn’t choose to have a White House Wedding, but since Jenna never lived in the White House she decided to hold her wedding at the ranch where she feels more at home.

The theme of the wedding of was casual, with the wedding party wearing colors that blended in with the natural setting of the ranch.

The bride wore a gorgeous Oscar De La Renta gown and had her father walk her down the aisle in traditional wedding fashion. Her twin sister was the maid of honor.

As the sun set over the ranch Henry and Jenna exchanged vows and later celebrated their love with 200 guests at the wedding reception.

The president and his daughter shared a special father, daughter, dance to the song, “You Are So Beautiful.”

Mariah Carey successfully kept her wedding a secret, no paparazzi, no fanfare, this pop star got hitched in peace. After a week of speculation Carey and her new husband Nick Cannon have finally confirmed that yes, all of those rumors are true, they are officially husband and wife!

The ceremony took place on April 30, 2008, after a sizzling hot six week romance. They were married at a beautiful Bahamian estate at sunset. What could be more romantic than that?

In this week’s issue of people magazine Mariah Carey and Nick Canon open up about their relationship, the wedding, and even share exclusive wedding photos from their special day.

Mariah Carey, 38 recently starred in the film “Tennessee”
which premiered April 26, 2008, at the Tribeca Film Festival.

In the movie Carey plays a Tennessee waitress named Krystal who leads a very difficult life and dreams of becoming a singer.

Apparently her performance in the movie was so incredibly moving that she actually brought the film crew to tears as she sang.

With the amazing success that Mariah Carey has had during her career as a singer combined with her best acting role to date in “Tennessee,” it looks like she’s got everything a girl could ask for.

Marrying the man that she refers to as her soulmate, is just icing on the cake for the superstar.

Take it from Catherine Zeta-Jones’ mother-in-law, the actress Diana Dill David and Kirk Douglas’ first wife, who married again by the time she was 80.

Marriage is like precious jewelery. If you can’t afford to lose it then you have to take care of it. Or better yet, don’t wear it.

Diana might be referring to her daughter-in-law’s expensive gems. She warned Catherine she must only wear things she is prepared to lose. Catherine took this as an advice to her marriage.

Accidentally, the Welsh actress is the current model of the luxury jewels house Di Modolo.

“I carry a lot of jewellery with me, but I often get worried something is going to happen. My mother-in-law says that a woman should never put something on you can’t afford to lose.”

Catherine and actor Michael Douglas have been married since November 2000. Recently, while the actress worked on the American remake of the German film “Bella Martha,” “No Reservations,” there were reports that she and costar Aaron Eckhart became close that stung the relationship with her husband. The once-divorced Michael was spotted alone with their children Dylan Michael Douglas, 7, and Carys Zeta Douglas, 4.

He and ex-wife Diandra Luker Douglas of 23 years have one child, Cameron. She got $45 million out of divorce settlements.

The actress promised herself never to get divorced saying that “marriage is a life-long commitment.”

“I fell in love with my husband at first sight, and I still feel the same way. At some point, my little babies are going to run out of the nest and I don’t want to look at Michael and say, ‘Hey, remember us?’ I’ll never get divorced, never!”

Who could resist Michael? Catherine told Parade (July 2007 issue, via Sydney Morning Herald) that the actor charmed him by using the line “I want to father your children.” Months later the two were dating and Catherine was in loved.

Though some sources revealed that Catherine would like to have another baby, she admitted that their to two children are enough.
