Sarah Jessica Parker and husband Matthew Broderick welcomed their twins into the world on June 22, 2009 when their surrogate gave birth.

Today,  a representive of the celebrity couple announced that they were naming their twin girls Marion Loretta Elwell and Tabitha Hodge.

Elwell and Hodge are both Parker family names. I love the names that the couple chose for their new baby twins, they are very sweet and traditional.

The Brodericks also have a son James Wilkie who is six-years-old. Congratulations to the Parker/Broderick family!

Madonna has been granted permission by the Malawian court to adopt 4-year-old little girl, Mercy James. A few months ago Madonna’s adoption petition was denied but the superstar singer continued the fight to adopt Mercy who was being raised in an orphanage.

Although Madonna has officially won the right to beome Mercy James mother and bring her back to the United States to live, the father of the child has spoken about fighting to get his daughter back because he believes that Madonna lacks the morals his child needs learn. This “concerned” father has never even met his daughter.

Young singer Miley Cyrus has broken up with her gorgeous older underwear model boyfriend Justin Gaston. In true teenage fashion Miley Tweeted about her break-up on Twitter.com and Justin sent out his own Twitter messages about the split. Luckily Miley has ex-boyfriend Nick Jonas to lean on, the two have been spending a lot of time working together lately, if they keep it up their friendship might just blossom into love.

Leonardo DiCaprio and girlfriend Bar Refaeli have split up yet again. People.com reported that the two were taking a relationship break. Bar Refaeli is a 24-year-old model and is likely far more ready to settle down than 34-year-old DiCaprio. Leonardo DiCaprio currently has 4 film projects in the works which must make it very difficult to manage a serious relationship.

Mike Tyson and Lakiha Spicer lost their 4-year-old daughter two weeks ago to a tragic accident. Their young daughter was accidentally strangled to death after she became caught in a treadmill. Mike Tyson and his longtime partner Lakiha decided to marry in Las Vegas at the La Bella Chapel. The ceremony was a quiet one without any guests. The couple also has a 7-year-old boy Miguel Tyson together.

Adam Lambert decided that if he was going to “come out“ officially that he might as well do it with a bang. The American Idol singer who is on the front cover of the latest issue of “Rolling Stone Magazine“ said “I`m proud of my sexuality.“Finally, Adam Lambert told the world what we already knew, he`s gay. As for a boyfriend, there hasn`t been an official announcement although the world pretty much knows the answer to that one as well…Drake LaBry.

Last but not least, what would this crazy celebrity couple week be without the pregnant man giving birth to his second child this morning. That`s right Thomas Beattie welcomed a healthy baby boy into his unique family. Thankfully the second time around he didn`t make any major television appearances, at least not yet anyway.

Lance Armstrong welcomed his new baby boy into the world in high tech style by sending out a Twitter.com Tweet picture of his son for all of his Twitter followers to see. The Tweet was sent on June 4th saying that both mom (Anna Hansen) and baby Max were healthy. Of course the baby photo is adorable and is one of the hottest photo searches online today.

I think it’s great that Lance and Anna shared a photo of their son for family, friends, and even fans to see. Usually celebrities wait a while to see how much the magazines will pay for “exclusive” photos of their newborn. This shows that despite his celebrity status Lance Armstrong is a very down to earth guy who is thinking more about the excitement and joy of the birth of his son and not about how he can earn money off of the baby news.

Lance Armstrong and Anna Hansen announced their pregnacy in December 2008. Baby Max is a “miracle baby” because Lance Armstrong believed he was sterile after receiving treatment for cancer. Armstrong has three other children with ex-wife Kristen Richards who he divorced in 2003. Baby Max has a brother named Luke and twin sisters Isabelle and Grace.

Lance Armstrong recently released his tell all book “Lance” in which he shares details of his engagement with musician Cheryl Crow. Ironically Lance Armstrong and Cheryl Crow broke off their marriage engagement in 2006 because Lance wasn’t ready to settle down and start a new family when Crow was. Sheryl Crow went on to adopt a son, Wyatt in 2007.

Larry Birkhead and his daughter Dannielynn spent Saturday May 30, 2009 having fun at a Studio City Scott Baio charity event. Dannielynn is the daughter of the late Anna Nicole Smith who died in 2007. Larry Birkhead is a single father to little Dannielynn who is the spitting image of her famous mother. One reporter grabbed a quick interview with Larry Birkhead, here’s the clip:

Former wild child Nicole Richie, 27, appeared on CNN’s Larry King Live show with her father Lionel Richie, 59, and her baby daughter Harlow. Nicole and her father talk about their up and down relationship, and share some little known facts about events they’ve had to deal with.

45-year-old comedic actress Wanda Sykes is the proud new mom of twins. Sykes, who plays the role of “Barb” on the sitcom “The New Adventures of Old Christine” was married to record producer David Hall from 1991 to 1998. In 2008 she married female partner Alex and came out publicly as a lesbian. Now the married couple is welcoming baby Olivia Lou and Lucas Claude to the family. Alex gave birth to the twins on April 27, 2009.

Hearing the story of how Wanda Sykes married a man and then later married a woman reminds of the recent Oprah Winfrey Show that featured the topic of women leaving their husbands for other women. At least in this day in age women have the opportunity to do whatever they want no-matter what their sexual preference.

37-year-old champion cyclist Lance Armstrong is finally revealing what exactly led to the break-up between he and girlfriend Sheryl Crow, 47. In his new book “Lance” he talks about Cheryl Crow wanting to marry and have children but he just wasn’t ready to begin a new family at the time.

The couple even went to counselling at the time to try to work things out but the two were at different places in their lives and wanted very different things. Lance Armstrong’s latest “tell all” book will be out this July 2009.

Lance Armstrong married his ex-wife Kirsten Richards on May 1, 1998. The couple had three children together, a boy named Luke, and a set of twins, Isabelle and Grace.  The marriage ended when they filed for divorce in 2003 and Armstrong began dating Sheryl Crow around that same time period.

Sheryl Crow and Lance Armstrong became engaged to married in 2005 and to everyone’s surprise broke up in February 2006. Fans of Armstrong and Crow were shocked by the sudden split because the couple seemed to be so much in love.

After the break-up Lance Armstrong dated fashion designer Tory Burch and actress Kate Hudson. In December of 2008 Armstrong announced that his girlfriend Anna Hansen was pregnant. Lance Armstrong believed he wasn’t able to conceive children naturally because of the cancer treatments he’s received in the past. The “miracle baby” is due in June 2009.

Sheryl Crow publicly announced that she adopted  a baby boy she named Wyatt Steven Crow on May 11, 2007. Wyatt was born on April 29, 2007. She and her son live on a farm near Nashville, Tennessee and the singer remains single.  I’m curious to know what Sheryl Crow thinks about her ex’s book and the fact he’s including her personal information in it.

“Spiderman” star Tobey Maguire and his wife Jennifer Meyer welcomed their new baby boy on May 7, 2009. The couple met at Universal Studios in 2003 and married on September 4, 2007. This is the second child for the couple who already have a 2-year-old daughter named Ruby Sweetheart Maguire who was born on November 10, 2006.

Jennifer Meyer, 31, is the daughter of  Ron Meyer, the President and CEO of Universal Studios. Meyer runs her own successful Jewelery company and her unique jewelery designs are worn by many celebrities including Julia Roberts, Nicole Kidman, Kate Hudson, Jennifer Aniston, Demi Moore, and Katie Holmes.

Actor Tobey Maguire, 33, is currently working on the movies “Spiderman 4” and “Spiderman 5″ which are expected to be released in 2011 and 2012.

Julie Chen made a surprise baby announcement on this morning’s April 21, 2009 episode of “The Early Show” where she works as a co-anchor.

The 39-year-old also hosts the hit reality show “Big Brother” and married President and Chief Executive Officer of CBS Corporation Les Moonves in 2004.

60-year-old Les Moonves has three adult children from a previous marriage but this baby is a first for Julie Chen. The baby is due on October 4, 2009 and Chen said that she will continue to host “Big Brother.”

Julie Chen is obviously very career driven because these two have more than enough money (they’re worth millions)  if Chen decided to take a leave of absense and throw herself into a full time mothering role.

Joel Madden made a suprise baby announcement on his Good Charlotte blog yesterday, February 21, 2009 at 11:00am. He and Nicole Ritchie are expecting their second child, and daughter Harlow Winter Kate Madden will be a big sister soon.

Harlow Winter was born on January 11, 2009 and Nicole Ritchie, 27, gave up her party lifestyle to settle down and become a mom. With the second Madden baby on it’s way I’d say it’s time for Joel Madden to pop the question. Congratulations to the happy couple on their growing family!

When I saw Angela Suleman’s interview with Ann Curry on the Today Show this morning the first thing I noticed was that she resembled Angelina Jolie. Not only does the mom of octuplets have some similar facial features but she also has the same calm and cool demeaner as Jolie. She also shares the same love for children and desire for a large family. The only thing this mom of 14 is missing is her very own Brad Pitt (a.k.a. knight in shining armor).

I’m not the only one that noticed Angela Suleman’s similarity to Angelina Jolie, NBC New York and the Post Chronicle are talking about the uncanny resemblence too!

A special baby announcement made today’s television broadcast of “The View” unique. Co-Host Elizabeth Hasselbeck revealed that she is pregnant with her third child while on air, surprising the cast of the show.

Elisabeth Hasselbeck and her husband Tim have been married since 2002 and have a 9-year-old son and a 3-year-old daughter. The 31-year-old is known for her strong Republican views and sensitive nature. She got her start in the entertainment world when she appeared on 2001 Survivor: The Australian Outback. Hasselbeck took fourth place in the reality show.

The latest addition to the Hasselback family is due to arrive this August. Congratulations to the happy couple!

Molly Ringwald, 40, and husband Panio Gianopoulos, 33, have announced that they are expecting twins due this summer. The fraternal twins are a boy and a girl. The couple already has a beautiful daughter named Mathilda Ereni who is five-years-old. Ringwald and Gianopoulos met in 2003 and married in 2007. Panio Gianopoulos is a successful writer and editor.

Actress Molly Ringwald was a huge teenage star in the 1980’s starring in memorable films such as “Pretty In Pink” and “Sixteen Candles.” She has been married once before to Valery Lameignere from 1999 to 2002.

Molly Ringwald is currently starring in the new dramatic television series “The Secret Life of the American Teenager” where she plays the role of Anne Juergens, the mother of a pregnant 15-year-old. Congratulations to the happy couple on their upcoming family additions!
