Antonio Banderas, who has been married for more than a decade to Melanie Griffith, educates their children that “the world is not Hollywood.”

“I don’t give them whatever they ask for. They have to earn it. I tell the kids the world is not Hollywood. I’ve taken them to Mexico and Argentina when I’ve been making movies there so they could see how kids in different countries live. They’ve seen the shanty towns. I don’t want them to think that the world is just full of beautiful cars and houses and everything you want.”

The Spanish actor is father to Stella del Carmen Banderas Griffith, 10, his child with Melanie and stepfather to her two other children Dakota Mayi Johnson, 17, (from her first and third husband Don Johnson) and Alexander, 21 (from actor and second husband Steven Bauer).

He is proud to say that his style of parenting is paying off with daughter Stella. Though I am not sure about Melanie’s infuence on her rumoured fascination to go for beauty surgery, which one time angered her husband, who is three years younger than the actress.

“My little baby, Stella, is a straight A-plus student. I don’t know where she came from because I wasn’t like that at all and neither was her mother.”

Antonio and Melanie met in 1995 during the shooting of “Too Much,” a story of a con man/galerist who fell in love with two sisters and pretended that he had another twin to be with them. Year after that Melanie divorced her third and first husband Don of “Miami Vice” fame.

Melanie’s famous mom Tippi Hedren also married four times.

Well, that’s according to his former wife, Dita von Teese. The burlesque sensation said shock rocker Marilyn Manson “is a serial monogamist.” Dita left him last year after she got sick of his wild partying and had found out that the rocker was thinking of bringing another woman into their relationship. Dita was extremely not in the mood for threesome.

She recently told OK! magazine via The Sun that Marilyn, a.k.a. Brian Warner, cannot live on his own.

“It’s quite typical of him to get into another relationship quickly - he is the kind of person who needs to be with someone all the time so it doesn’t surprise me. I’ve moved on.”

This must be Dita’s revenge after Marilyn kept on harping the press how his ex-wife ruined his ego and drowned his talent. He and his band were in Austria a week ago, as a part of their their European tour showing up from festival to another. Together with his newfound love, Evan Rachel Wood, they were snapped by several photogs in Paris and was overheard talking about a special gift for Evan: a bat, which Evan said: “Oh, how sweet!” Heute Weekend reported that every night, according to a Parisian hotel insider, flapping and screaming were heard in their room.

Gala Germany also interviewed Marilyn recently and the first thing he did was to rant against Dita’s influence on him and her monumental expectations for him to grow up. Mr. Manson is clearly having a Peter Pan syndrome. All in all, the conclusion is that he doesn’t want to grow up.

Despite recent reports that Catherine Zeta-Jones and Michael Douglas have marriage troubles the Welsh actress allegedly wants to have another baby.

That’s according to an unidentified friend of Catherine’s who told the Italian-British magazine Grazia that the Welsh actress is said to be planning to give another sister or brother to their two children–the six-year-old Dylan, and four-year-old Carys. Both actors share the same birthdates and got married in November 2000.

The Oscar-winning actress is currently filming five movies that are scheduled to be screened this year till 2008.

“She has started talking about how wonderful it would be to have another baby. She and Michael have agreed to just relax and see what happens. They do want to have another baby, but even more than that, they want to focus on spending time together and with their family.”

If this is true it seems to be a huge turnaround on the part of Catherine, who a few months ago was keen on making movies after movies. Over last week the actress related to InStyle that her foremost priority is her family.

“Years ago if someone said they were doing a movie in Romania, I was, like, `What time is my flight?’ I couldn’t see beyond the script. Now I’m like, `Script? I’ll figure that out after dealing with the people I love more than anything in the world.’ ”

Catherine, 37, has previously said she didn’t want to have more children. On the other hand, Michael seems to be tired of looking after smaller kids. Last year, the 62-year-old Michael insisted he did not want anymore children.

“We are enjoying our two children, and we want to keep it that way. I’m happy.”

He used to be married with Diandra Luker, his first wife. Their son Cameron is already 29 years old.

Blame girl power. But Geri Halliwell is feeling for co-Spice Girl Melanie Brown. The ecstatic Geri after declaring victory against pricks like Eddie Murphy, who was proven to be the father of Melanie’s child, Angel Iris, last week, bought bandmate Melanie, a.k.a Scary Spice, a £7,000 necklace to celebrate the DNA testing.

An unnamed source close to Geri said:

“Being a mother herself, Geri really felt for Mel during her ordeal and designed a special diamond and white gold necklace as soon as she heard the good news.”

Perhaps, it must be Melanie’s conviction that she was telling the truth. Mother’s instict? The heavens smiled on her after finding out the result. In the past Eddie kept on denying that the singer’s baby was not his but someone else’s.

The results of the DNA test, which Murphy took on June 11, were received by Brown on Thursday afternoon, says rep Liza Anderson.
“He’s the baby’s father, it’s official,” says a source close to Brown. “The baby is undoubtedly, 110 percent his.”

If you still remember Mel was dumped by Eddie while she was pregnant declaring on Dutch TV expressing his doubts on the child’s paternity.Now Mel B expressed her relief.

A source said:

“Mel is now looking forward to moving on with her life with her new baby. There was no doubt in people’s minds anyways, least of all hers. It wasn’t a surprise to her. She knew all along.”

However, Eddie hasn’t commented on the test and is not even responding to Mel B’s people concerning support et al. The Spice Girls are preparing for a comeback this year.

Well, we didn’t see much of the two actors hanging out together and now it seems that the love affair between Reese Witherspoon and Jake Gyllenhaal didn’t last long, People has gathered. The new divorcee wants to spend more time with her children and having a relationship at this moment isn’t a great idea to nurture a new love. Too bad for Jake. As a bachelor, he would like to see more of Reese. And Reese’s first and foremost priority isn’t him but her family.

Reese, who won an Oscar for her award-winning performance for her portrayal as Johnny Cash’s wife June Carter from the movie “Walk the Line,” got separated from her husband Ryan Phillippe last year. The reason: Her two kids–Ava,7, Deacon, 3–and are much more important than Jake. A source who is said to be close to the two told People that the affair “is totally and completely over.”

“”Reese and Jake just recently broke up. It’s totally and completely over. Reese was the one who had to do it. She just got out of a divorce and was so concerned with her family, she just didn’t have the time for him and he really demanded that. They’re still friends. Things are fine, but it was a clean break–there’s no chance of getting back together.”

Reese and Jake became close after starring in “Rendition” earlier this year keeping their relationship away from the curious public. The only time they were seen together was the “date” in Los Angeles restaurant Il Sole in March where Reese and Jake were spotted “being playful.” However, the enterprising paparazzi didn’t get the chance to snap the two proving that they were indeed lovers. There were speculations that they were just friends but the sight of the two really tried hard not to be seen.

Reese’s ex, Ryan, admitted in February that he was having a hard time coping with the new setup. However, he recently requested the court to grat him visitation rights though without demanding any spousal support from Reese, who earns more than Ryan. The actor is entitled 50 per cent of Reese’s fortunes as the two didn’t sign any prenuptial agreement.

It isn’t known if Reese would give Ryan a second chance. If not for Ryan’s infidelity the two wouldn’t have been separated. It was rumoured that Ryan and young actress Abby Cornish had a brief liaison and Reese found out about it.

First off, the actress and country singer Keith Urban has just survived the many ups and downs of their first year after marryingat the Cardinal Cerretti Memorial Chapel in Sydney exactly a year ago.

Second, she got to celebrate her birthday with her love. Husband Keith threw a birthday surprise by paying her a visit, watching a fireworks display and spending the event quietly.

The porcelain-skinned actress turned 40 last Wednesday and was deeply suprised when hubby Keith took a pause from his US tour to see her in Australia.

The country singer arrived in Sydney early on Tuesday morning before taking a private jet to Queensland’s Whitsunday Coast, where Nicole is filming new movie “Australia” opposite Hugh Jackman.

The couple celebrated Nicole’s 40th birthday by watching a fireworks display from a mountaintop lookout in the beach town of Bowen.

One source told Australia’s Daily Telegraph, “Keith brought her up the hill and they sat on a couch outside on the lawn. It was so romantic. He had planned to have a party in a mountain-top restaurant but she wanted a quiet affair. So Keith just surprised her with a fireworks display. It was a private thing with just him and her.”

The display ended with the words “Happy Birthday Nicole” spelt out by fireworks. The two also visited nearby Horseshoe Bay beach. The 39-year-old Keith will return to continue his “Love, Pain and the whole crazy World Tour” next week.

Actress Uma Thurman is reported to have a new man. And the lucky boyfriend goes by the name of David White. No one knows a lot about him but that “he’s an actor-director-producer.”

The source close to the actress told the People.

“They look good together. They are very, very, very happy.”

Though Uma’s rep didn’t comment on it saying it is the actress’ personal life.

The actress, who was formerly married to Ethan Hawke, just ended her three-year on-again, off-again relationship with the American-Hungarian hotelier Andre Balazs and has been single since March. Uma has two kids, Maya, 8, and Levon, 5, from her five-year marriage to Ethan.

As soon as the two filed for divorce, reports surfaced it was because of Ethan who cheated on Thurman with Canadian model Jen Perzow after suspecting that Uma cheated on him with director Quentin Tarantino. The actor soon denied the infidelity rumour saying that it was due to their busy work schedules that broke them apart. Quentin didn’t confirm nor deny that there was a romantic involvement when he was interviewed by Rolling Stone. Uma, meanwhile, told Oprah Winfrey that there was “betrayal of some kind” during the marriage.

“There was some stuff like that at the end. We were having a difficult time, and you know how the axe comes down and how people behave and how people express their unhappiness. Our marriage failed. I should take full responsibility for the failure of my own marriage.”

Uma admitted that she is still doesn’t understand how the perfect love works when talking to Parade last year.

“You need to want to be forgiving. The problem is that, if you want to, you’ll forgive the unforgivable. I am very perceptive about people, but then if I’m attracted to them, I’m not always looking clearly. I’m working on a decoding system – especially for men.”

A year ago Christina Aguilera was heard saying, “I’m going to do one more album and then consider settling down and having kids.” The singer is slowly preparing for the normal family soon.

Since marrying music executive Jordan Bratman, the singer has calmed down and appears to be happier and more satisfied with what’s happening with her life right now. The two married on November 19, 2005 in Napa Valley, California, after dating in late 2002.

Unlike her rival Britney Spears, she doesn’t need a loser to spice up her lifestyle. It seems that when it comes to man department, Christina uses her head and has much better choices. Or she is way luckier? Nevetheless, she seems to have found the right decision. That is, marrying a guy whose head is cooler than hers. Granted that Jordan is not the boy-next-door type, nasty gossip rags and critics lash at him and call him a Beast next to Christina’s Beauty. But the singer doesn’t mind it.

Look at her, she released a new album in 2006, “Back to Basics,” and is a bit demure than before. The single “The Right Man” from the LP is said to be her favourite and is inspired by her relationship with Jordan. Whatever it is, it looks like the couple is in Seventh Heaven right now. They might be welcoming a new member of the family soon.

For days rumours áre spreading that the singer is having a baby and probably three months pregnant.

According to the NewYork Post’s Page Six, it might be true. Both Christina and her husband, the music executive Jordan Bratman, couldn’t stop themselves from telling their friends, Page Six said.

There were speculations that she has passed the crucial 12-week stage of pregnancy. If she indeed is, I bet she just wants to make sure before the whole world knows that she is pregnant. It is like avoiding to count the eggs before they are actually hatched.

“The rumours about her are definitely true. She’s been telling friends. She has to be three months now, because she’s announcing it.”

Earlier this month, it was said that Christina discovered she was nine weeks pregnant just days before Jordan turned 30 on June 4. Hearing a source close to the couple:

“Jordan was blown away! He told her the baby was the greatest present ever! Christina’s always been maternal. There’s no doubt Christina will make a fabulous mother.”

The couple was seen leaving New York’s Maternal Fetal Medicine Association, which is known for its state-of-the-art ultrasounds and expertise in high-risk pregnancies, sometime in June.

Paparazzi pictures suggested that Christina was seen sporting a baby bump.

Aside from the baby rumour, Christina and Jordan will soon take over the Beverly Hills mansion of royal rock couple Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne, Readying the arrival of their soon-to-be progeny, the singer reportedly bought the Doheny Drive estate to the tune of an undisclosed amount.

The Osbourne mansion in Los Angeles has become the mecca of celebrity reality TV shows, if you remember.

Ozzy put up the estate on the market in April. The ex-Black Sabbath singer said that it brings bad memories. It was broadcast on TV when the house almost went on fire once or twice.

“I don’t want to stay in that house any more… The house holds bad memories for me because it reminds me of the terrible time Sharon got cancer and of times when me and the kids were doped out of our minds.”

It is not known if Christina and Jordan will hire a shaman to lift up the bad vibes. The singer plans to turn the estate into her Los Angeles base, the report said.

While Eva Longoria is busy preparing for the most significant event of her life, marrying her love, Tony Parker of the San Antonio Spurs and this year’s MVP of Natiobal Basketball Association dished out a few facts to France’s Canal+ network’s Le Grand Journal with Michel Denisot Monday night about his upcoming wedding to “Desperate Housewives” star.

While it is true that Tony and Eva’s wedding ceremony is in France, the two will say “Oui” forever at a castle south of Paris, Chateau Vaux-le-Vicomte. And not at the Chateau de Chantilly, which is situated 40 km north of Paris, as earlier reported. The Vaux-le-Vicomte is an early 17-century castle that was previously owned by one of the tragic figures of French monarchy, Nicolas Fouquet, who was imprisoned by the Sun King, Louis the XIV, due to his fortune. Both castles were part of the filming locations of Sofia Coppola’s 2006 movie “Marie Antoinette.”

That is to say not to dampen the couple’s spirits, the 25-year-old Tony went on to reveal that their wedding cake wouldn’t come from Los Angeles to the tune of $11,000.

At 25, Tony must have been lucky to enjoy his successes both in work and in love. The basketball star admits that it is difficult to comprehend at this time.

Everyone knows the “suffering,” of socialite and now prisoner Paris Hilton. A double meaning depending on the pro-Paris and anti-Paris camps.

But what do we know about her parents, Kathy Richards and Richard Hilton, who before Paris and her sister Nicky already hogging the limelight, and are celebrities in their own accord?

Kathy isn’t only Paris and Nicky’s mom but also mother to brothers Baron and Conrad, but she was a former actress as well. Okay, she tried acting but it didn’t work out. Unlike her more or less successful sisters Kim and Kyle, she was a better socialite. Perhaps, if she were chosen to replace Eve Plumb as Jan Brady on “The Brady Bunch,” her fate would have been different. The role went to Geri Reischl. Sister Kim was dubbed to be an adorable and a promising child actress in the ’70s.

It wasn’t known when and where did Kathy and Ricky meet but you could probably guess how.

On November 24, 1979, at the age of 19, she married the heir of the Hilton chain of hotels, Richard, or Ricky as we know him. It is somewhat a tradition in the Hilton family, that is, the Hilton men marry rising stars for their own (and perhaps, their business’) benefit. Richard’s grandfather, Conrad Hilton married Zsa Zsa Gabor in 1942. His uncle, Conrad Hilton Jr., married the young Elizabeth Taylor. Of all the unions with actresses, Ricky’s marriage has proven to be the longest. Maybe because Kathy semi-retired to concentrate more on the family. Come to think of it, she enjoys her wealth while doing nothing, I mean, not acting.

Right now, she is the star of the show, “I Want to Be a Hilton” and her husband the producer. I haven’t seen it yet but it seems to be another boring reality show that even the owners find the whole thing sucks.

The Hiltons are hardly the parental types that we also know. Feature articles, gossips and scandals spawn a straightforward description of Kathy and Richard. Kathy, a self-absorbed mother who refuses to take up her maternal role. Ricky, the forever silent father whose only concern is to make money.

Kathy has been blamed for the way she has brought up their two girls. The sisters appear to the public as these forever spoiled brats thinking they can do whatever they want. This is what happens when the mother has an unfulfilled wish for herself: To be a celebrity. (Don’t forget that she is an autograph-crazy as well, she continually uses her status to be photographed next to the celebrities like Andy Warhol, and the like. The photos hanging on the walls of their mansion in Bel-Air.)

We have witnessed how she encouraged her girls to attend parties before they were barely 16, spend their money like they pee, etc., etc…

You’ve never heard anything from Papa Hilton, asserting that he too has an upper hand on their daughters’ upbringing. Instead he remains quiet while his wife do the maneuverings.

The reason Paris and Nicky turned out like this was their mother’s doing, who pressured her daughters to enter show business as the children won’t inherit anything from the Hilton fortune. Owing to the fact that their Paris’ religious great-grandfather, Conrad Nicholson Hilton, gave most of his fortune away to the Hilton Foundation and other charities. When he died he left nothing to his children. This is according to his autobiography, “Be My Guest,” which by the way is included along with the Gideon’s Bible in all of of Hilton Hotel rooms worldwide.

When actress Jamie Lee Curtis made a stunning analysis on what happened to Paris and co., she asked what did their mothers have done to their daughters. So what do Kathy, Dina Lohan and Lynne Spears have in common? You might not like the music he makes but if there’s one thing he doesn’t do as a rock star is hooking up with young models and divorcing his wife of 18 years, Dorothea Hurley. In fact, the new album, “Lost Highway,” in which he cowrote with guitarist Richie Sambora, who has left a rehab in California for an undisclosed problem, is full of ditties that deal with love and lovers and lost loved ones.

The 45-year-old rock star talked to British Daily Mail recently about his graceful aging, his advice to young celebrities to escape Hollywood as fast as they can and the reason he won’t replace his wife for a skinny body of a young model or fake beauties in the Tinseltown.

You always see the couple together attending parties and events but the singer admits that he is no saint and has his lapses. His long partnership and the lack of controversial flings made curious publishers to urge the rock star to relate his own version of sex, drugs and rock ‘n’ roll lifestyle. Though he confessed that during the early days of Bon Jovi he wasn’t at all well-behaved.

I’ve not been a saint. I’ve had my lapses…. One of those big publishers gave us a million dollars recently to write a book about our experiences, but we just gave the money right back because it’s no one’s business.
They wanted the cliched story about being a rock star and I’m not going to tell them. It doesn’t mean it didn’t happen and doesn’t mean it did happen; it just means, isn’t there anything more important to talk about?”

There’s a song called ‘Whole Lot Of Leaving,’ an obvious phone call home to my wife saying: ‘Hey baby, be strong, because there’s a whole lot of leaving going on.’

Contrary to earlier reports actors Naomi Watts and Liev Schreiber haven’t tied the knot.

This is what their reps have told People Magazine. During the 61st Tony Awards at New York’s Radio City Music Hall on Sunday night Liev was heard saying to reporters of Entertainment Tonight that they were. But when you click the link from the ET website the story, surprisingly, cannot be found.

“We are married. You got it first. Break the story!”

Instead a newsbrief that announces the actor’s revealing joke is on the news list to rectify the error.

The actor must be in the mood for weaving a story. Possibly a playful revenge after he was caught up in a woozy revelation done by Escada in early February. If you still remember, with total naivety, the fashion house that sponsored the 38-year-old actress’ Oscar dress mistakenly wrote in their press release that the robe was specially designed for the actress’ emerging pregnancy. Or the actor was merely pissed off after he lost the best actor award for his performance in “Talk Radio” to Frank Langella, who was in “Frost/Nixon.”

“They’re not married.” Schreiber’s rep told PEOPLE Tuesday, clearing up mixed reports about the couple’s marital status.

After making the statement, the two were busy denying the story backstage.

A Vera Wang-clad Watts was asked if she had wed. She smiled and said, “No.” Schreiber meanwhile, said of the report: “Not true.”

Naomi and Liev are expecting their first child in August. They met during the set of “The Painted Veil” in 2005. When asked if the actor knows the possible name and the gender of the baby. He jokingly declare, “I’m thinking Tony is a good name,” referring to the award-giving body.

The British Daily Mail asked the young actress, who’s been seen hanging out with her costars from “The Edge of Love,” formerly “The Best Times of Our Lives,” Keira Knightley and Matthew Rhys at the Isle of Wight festival, if her three-month love affair with Jamie Burke is officially over. Seems that Jamie’s bandmates in Bloody Social don’t have to worry about her.

But not without someone to take over the model’s place. She is currently having a crush on rocker Paulo Nutini and keep telling her friends that a meet-up with the singer wouldn’t be bad.

It is no secret that Amy Winehouse, the jazz/R&B British shooting star, is addicted to alcohol. So much so that she hits her lovers whenever she’s fallen off the wagon. Before she hooked up again with her now husband Blake Fielder-Civil, she used to have a public show of outrage with her ex, the chef Alex Claire.

The violent scenes aren’t some isolated incidents but have become more of a habit. In her November 2006 interview with the Times, she admitted that the influence of alcohol makes her mad.

“I have a really good time some nights, but then I push it over the edge and ruin my boyfriend’s night. I’m an ugly dickhead drunk, I really am.”

Last week The Sun reported that Amy and Blake had a hitting/shouting fit in front of the public. This happened after the singer’s performance at the MTV Movie Awards in Hollywood on June 3. The couple had shared a turbulent affair before the singer accepted Blake’s marriage proposal.

One witness said the couple fought at an unnamed Los Angeles hotel.

“As soon as they walked into the lobby they started screaming at each other. Amy was shouting, ‘You always f***ing do this! Don’t f***ing touch me! F**k you!’
She was in tears but Blake tried to walk away. It wound her up so much she pushed him into a hedge.”

Though it was an ugly scene, the two made up after spending a few minutes apart. They were even “seen crying into each other’s arms.” She confessed that she is terrible after some drink.

“I’m either a really good drunk or I’m an out-an-out s**t, horrible, violent, abusive, emotional drunk. I’ll beat up Blake when I’m drunk. I don’t think I’ve ever bruised him, but I do have my way. If he says one thing I don’t like then I’ll hit him.”

Last month Amy married Blake in a very quiet ceremony. Not only the press was shunned at the event but also their families. Until now Amy’s father is still upset that the two eloped.

The gravel-voiced singer said the the angry episodes don’t come from nowhere. Miss Winehouse has some personal issues. She’s been diagnosed manic depressive and is refusing to take medication. Mainly due to her immense popularity nowadays. Her own music label urged her to go rehab. In one of her songs, the single “The Rehab,” was specifically written for the higher-ups.

“I’m not a fighter, but if I am backed up against the wall I’ll kick the s**t out of anyone. I don’t think your ability to fight has anything to do with how big you are. It’s to do with how much anger is in you.”

Last October, she admitted that she was suffering from eating disorders and was obsessed with hitting the gyms. “A little bit of anorexia, a little bit of bulimia. I’m not totally okay now but I don’t think any woman is,” Amy said.
